Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is just a bit better than the Huawei P40 Lite, with a global score of 85.3 against 79.5. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a newer 11 version and Huawei P40 Lite has Android 10 version. Although Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is much heavier than Huawei P40 Lite, it's a lot thinner and also newer.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a bit better processing power than Huawei P40 Lite, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a larger amount of RAM. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a bit sharper display than Huawei P40 Lite, because although it has a just a little worse display pixels density, it also counts with a bigger screen and a way better 1892 x 2688 resolution.
The Huawei P40 Lite captures slightly better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture and slower video frame rates, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Huawei P40 Lite also counts with a back-facing camera with way more MP.

Although Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Huawei P40 Lite, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Huawei P40 Lite. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can get Huawei P40 Lite, giving up a few specs and features, but you will get the most with your budget.
