Comparison review
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a general score of 85.3, which is slightly better than the Huawei P40 lite 5G's 83.4 global score. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a newer and noticeably thinner phone than Huawei P40 lite 5G, although it's a lot heavier. These phones have Android OS, but the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has the newer 11 version and Huawei P40 lite 5G has Android 10.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a little bit better looking display than Huawei P40 lite 5G, because although it has a quite worse number of pixels per inch in the screen, it also counts with a larger display and a better 1892 x 2688px resolution. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has just a bit better processing power than Huawei P40 lite 5G, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has more RAM memory.
The Huawei P40 lite 5G shoots much better photographs and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for taking photos and/or video in low-light situations and slower video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei P40 lite 5G also counts with a back-facing camera with way more mega pixels.
Huawei P40 lite 5G has as much storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos as the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 one, both have equal internal storage capacity. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has just a little bit longer battery duration than Huawei P40 lite 5G, because it has an 11 percent more battery capacity.
