Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is better than the Moto G8 Power, with an 85.3 score against 76. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has 11 version while Moto G8 Power has Android 10, offering some additional features. Although the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is noticeably heavier than Moto G8 Power, it's thinner and newer.

The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a bit superior processing unit than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a little bit better looking display than Motorola Moto G8 Power, because although it has a little bit inferior count of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a way better 1892 x 2688 resolution and a bigger display.

The Motorola Moto G8 Power features a better storage for applications and games than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits up to 512 GB. Motorola Moto G8 Power's camera is very similar to Microsoft Surface Duo 2's camera, because although the Motorola Moto G8 Power has lower 30 frames per second video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video quality and a F1.7 camera aperture, it also counts with a way higher resolution camera in the back.

The Moto G8 Power has just a bit longer battery life than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Although Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Moto G8 Power. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Duo 2, else you can save a couple dollars and get the Moto G8 Power, resigning some specifications.
