Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has an overall score of 85.3, which is much better than the OnePlus 8 UW's global score of 75.9. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has the newer 11 version and OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10, so it gives some extra features. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 design is newer and thinner, but also heavier than the OnePlus 8 UW.
Microsoft Surface Duo 2 and OnePlus 8 UW have similar CPUs, both have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cpu cores. The OnePlus 8 UW has a little more vivid display than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has a lot smaller display and a way worse 1080 x 2400px resolution, it also counts with more brightness and a just a little greater pixels quantity in each screen inch.
