Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a bit better than Galaxy Note 3, getting a global score of 85.3 against 81.2. These phones use Android OS, but the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a newer 11 version and Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0 version, giving you some nice extra features. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a way newer and noticeably thinner phone than the Galaxy Note 3, although it is also noticeably heavier.

The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a little bit better performance than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, it also counts with a greater amount of RAM memory and a greater number of cores. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, although it has a really smaller display, a lot worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a just a bit worse display pixel density.

The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a lower resolution back camera and a worse video resolution, it also counts with a lot larger aperture to take better low light photography and videos.
