Samsung Galaxy Note10 is a little bit better than the Microsoft Surface Duo 2, with an 89 score against 85.3. Samsung Galaxy Note10's body is incredibly lighter than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, but it's extremely thicker and was released 2 years before. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a little sharper display than Galaxy Note10, because although it has a just a little worse pixels count per inch in the screen, it also counts with a really larger display and a lot higher 1892 x 2688 pixels resolution.

Galaxy Note10's CPU is very similar to the processing unit in Microsoft Surface Duo 2, both of them have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount. Although Samsung Galaxy Note10 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Microsoft Surface Duo 2. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Microsoft Surface Duo 2, letting go a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
