The Galaxy S20 is much better than the Microsoft Surface Duo 2, having a score of 94.8 against 85.3. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 has newer 13 version while Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has Android 11 version, providing some extra features. Galaxy S20's body is notably lighter than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, although it's extremely thicker and was released about a year before.
