Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a bit better than Galaxy S4, with a score of 85.3 against 79. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 construction is newer and thinner, but also noticeably heavier than Galaxy S4. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Microsoft Surface Duo 2 has a newer 11 version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4, so it offers some nice extra features.
