Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is just a bit better than Galaxy S8, having an 85.3 score against 81.7. Even though Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a lot heavier than the Galaxy S8, it's a lot thinner and also newer. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy S8 features just a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a much smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the same resolution back-facing camera and a same size aperture, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has higher video frame rates.
The Galaxy S8 has a slightly bigger storage to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has 0 less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 256 GB. The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 counts with a really longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S8, because it has a 4449mAh battery capacity.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S8, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Galaxy S8. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S8, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your money.
