The Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is just a bit better than Galaxy S8, having an 85.3 score against 81.7. Even though Microsoft Surface Duo 2 is a lot heavier than the Galaxy S8, it's a lot thinner and also newer. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 features a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 features just a bit better screen than Microsoft Surface Duo 2, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a much smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per display inch. Microsoft Surface Duo 2 captures a little bit better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, the same resolution back-facing camera and a same size aperture, the Microsoft Surface Duo 2 also has higher video frame rates.
