Microsoft Surface Duo is slightly better than the Google Pixel 6a, having a 78.8 score against 76.4. The Microsoft Surface Duo is an older and way heavier phone than the Google Pixel 6a, but Microsoft was able to build it notably thinner anyway. Both devices in this review work with Android operating system, but Microsoft Surface Duo has the previous 10 version and Google Pixel 6a has Android 12.
The Microsoft Surface Duo features a much powerful CPU than Google Pixel 6a, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Microsoft Surface Duo also has a higher number of cores. The Microsoft Surface Duo has a little bit better looking display than Google Pixel 6a, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of display, it also counts with a much larger screen and a better 1800 x 2700 resolution.
The Google Pixel 6a has just a bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Google Pixel 6a also has a larger aperture for better low-light captures and videos and a back-facing camera with a better resolution.
Google Pixel 6a features as much memory capacity for games and applications as Microsoft Surface Duo, both have exactly the same internal memory capacity. Google Pixel 6a features longer battery duration than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 4410mAh of battery capacity.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo is a better device, it costs more than Google Pixel 6a, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel 6a. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Microsoft Surface Duo, otherwise you can save some money and get the Google Pixel 6a, giving up a couple features and specs.
