Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Duo is just a bit better than the LG Q8, with a 78.8 score against 77.2. Both of these phones work with Android OS (operating system), but the Microsoft Surface Duo has an older 10 version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. The Microsoft Surface Duo is a a lot newer and noticeably thinner phone than LG Q8, although it is a lot heavier.
The LG Q8 features a brighter display than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a lot smaller display and a quite lower 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a higher pixels density. The LG Q8 counts with a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has just 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with an external memory card slot that supports up to 1,95 TB.
The Microsoft Surface Duo has a bit better processing power than LG Q8, because it has a higher amount of RAM and a larger number of faster cores. The Microsoft Surface Duo features longer battery life than LG Q8, because it has a 19% bigger battery capacity. LG Q8 features a better camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has lower video frame rate, and they both have the same video quality, the LG Q8 also counts with a larger diafragm aperture for better images in low-light situations and a lot better 16 MP resolution back-facing camera.
