Comparison review

Microsoft Surface Duo has a general score of 78.8, which is just a bit better than Motorola Moto G8 Power's overall score of 76. Although Microsoft Surface Duo and Motorola Moto G8 Power were released with only a few months difference, Microsoft Surface Duo's construction is incredibly thinner but heavier than Motorola Moto G8 Power. Both of these devices come with the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both of them should provide the user the same operating system features.

The Microsoft Surface Duo features a bit better looking display than Moto G8 Power, because it has a bigger screen, a higher 1800 x 2700 resolution and a bit higher pixel amount in each inch in the screen. Microsoft Surface Duo features a bit better CPU than Moto G8 Power, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface Duo also has a larger amount of RAM memory.

Moto G8 Power has a superior camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has slower 30 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Moto G8 Power also counts with a lot better 16 MP resolution back facing camera and a larger camera aperture. Motorola Moto G8 Power has a bigger storage to install games and applications than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that allows a maximum of 512 GB.

The Moto G8 Power features a way better battery duration than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.

Although Microsoft Surface Duo is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Motorola Moto G8 Power, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola Moto G8 Power. So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Duo, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and get the Motorola Moto G8 Power, letting go some specifications.
