Microsoft Surface Duo has a global score of 78.8, which is a bit better than Samsung Galaxy A21's 76.1 global score. The Microsoft Surface Duo body is heavier but thinner than Samsung Galaxy A21, and both of them were released only a couple of months apart. These phones come with the same Android 10 OS, so you shouldn't perceive any difference in that aspect.
The Microsoft Surface Duo has a bit better CPU than Galaxy A21, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface Duo also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Microsoft Surface Duo has a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A21, because it has a better pixels quantity per inch of display, a larger screen and a lot better 1800 x 2700 resolution.
Microsoft Surface Duo features a slightly better storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy A21, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy A21 counts with a bit superior battery duration than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3577mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy A21 has just a bit better camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has worse video frame rates, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video definition, the Samsung Galaxy A21 also counts with a lot better 16 mega pixels resolution camera in the back and a larger aperture to take better low light photos.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Samsung Galaxy A21, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy A21. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Duo, else you can save some money and buy the Samsung Galaxy A21, resigning some specifications.
