The Galaxy A51 has a score of 85.5, which is slightly better than Microsoft Surface Duo's 78.8 overall score. Both phones in this review have Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy A51 has the newer 11 version while Microsoft Surface Duo has Android 10 version, giving you a couple additional features and performance improvements. Galaxy A51's construction is way lighter but thicker than the Microsoft Surface Duo, and both of them were only released with a couple of months difference.

Microsoft Surface Duo features a bit better CPU than Galaxy A51, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Microsoft Surface Duo also has 2 GB more RAM memory. The Microsoft Surface Duo counts with a slightly better looking display than Galaxy A51, because although it has a bit worse screen density, it also counts with a bigger screen and a better 1800 x 2700px resolution.

Galaxy A51 features a very superior camera than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has slower video frame rate, and they both have a F2 aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Galaxy A51 also counts with a way higher resolution back-facing camera. The Samsung Galaxy A51 has a much greater memory to store more apps and games than Microsoft Surface Duo, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also has an external SD slot that supports a maximum of 512 GB.

The Samsung Galaxy A51 features a bit longer battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has a 12% larger battery capacity.

In addition to being the best phone in our comparison, Galaxy A51 is also a bargain compared to others, making it an obvious call.
