The Galaxy Alpha takes a bit better pictures and videos than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a smaller camera aperture and lower video frame rate, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the Galaxy Alpha also counts with a more megapixels back camera.

So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Duo, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Galaxy Alpha, letting go a couple features and specifications.
