Samsung Galaxy S25 has a global score of 82.6, which is just a bit better than Microsoft Surface Duo's 78.8 score. The Samsung Galaxy S25 is a notably lighter and way thinner device than the Microsoft Surface Duo. These devices come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S25 has a more recent 14 version and Microsoft Surface Duo has Android 10 version.

Microsoft Surface Duo counts with a much better performance than Galaxy S25, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Galaxy S25 has a much better display than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a lot smaller display and a lot lower 1080 x 2340 resolution, it also counts with a bit greater display density.

Galaxy S25 counts with as much memory for apps and games as Microsoft Surface Duo, both of them have the same internal memory.
