The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a global score of 85.6, which is a bit better than Microsoft Surface Duo's global score of 78.8. Both devices we are comparing use Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 has a newer 11 version and Microsoft Surface Duo has Android 10, so it offers some additional features and performance improvements. Even though Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is extremely thicker than the Microsoft Surface Duo, it's way lighter and also newer.

If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Duo, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
