The Microsoft Surface Duo has an overall score of 78.8, which is slightly better than the Xperia Z3's overall score of 77.3. Both phones in this comparison review use Android OS, but Microsoft Surface Duo has the previous 10 version while Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4 version. Although the Microsoft Surface Duo is notably heavier than the Xperia Z3, it's extremely thinner and also a lot newer.

The Xperia Z3 features a brighter screen than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has a lot worse 1920 x 1080 resolution and a way smaller screen, it also counts with a bit greater pixel density.
