The Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite has a score of 83.6, which is a little bit better than Microsoft Surface Duo's 78.8 general score. Both phones in this review include the same Android 10 operating system, so they should give you the same OS features. Even though the Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite and the Microsoft Surface Duo were released only 4 months apart, Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite's body is way thicker but lighter.
The Microsoft Surface Duo has just a bit better performance than Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite. They have a 6 GB RAM and the same number of cores. Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite counts with a slightly better screen than Microsoft Surface Duo, although it has a way lower resolution of 1080 x 2400px, a bit smaller screen and a just a little lower pixel density.
