Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro has a global score of 90, which is much better than Microsoft Surface Duo's score of 78.8. These phones have the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding OS features. The Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro construction is noticeably thicker but lighter than Microsoft Surface Duo, and they were released only a few months apart.
Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro and Microsoft Surface Duo both have very similar CPUs, and although the Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro has more RAM, they both have 8 CPU cores.
