Comparison review
The Microsoft Surface Duo is slightly better than Xiaomi Poco M3, getting a 78.8 score against 78.2. Even though Microsoft Surface Duo and the Xiaomi Poco M3 were only released with a couple months difference, Microsoft Surface Duo's design is much heavier but extremely thinner than the Xiaomi Poco M3. Both devices we are comparing here have the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both should provide you very similar operating system features.
Microsoft Surface Duo has a bit more vivid display than Xiaomi Poco M3, because it has a better resolution of 1800 x 2700px, a larger display and a just a bit greater display pixels density. Microsoft Surface Duo has a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Microsoft Surface Duo also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 shoots greater videos and photos than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has worse video frame rate, and they both have the same 1920x1080 video resolution, the Xiaomi Poco M3 also counts with a lot more megapixels back camera and a larger camera aperture to take better low light captures.
The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a quite bigger memory for applications and games than Microsoft Surface Duo, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 512 GB. Xiaomi Poco M3 has a way better battery lifetime than Microsoft Surface Duo, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
Although Microsoft Surface Duo is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Xiaomi Poco M3, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Poco M3. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Xiaomi Poco M3, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
