Motorola Defy (2021) has a score of 77.2, which is a bit better than Motorola Edge 40 Neo's 77 global score. These phones come with Android operating system, but the Motorola Defy (2021) has an older 11 version while Motorola Edge 40 Neo has Android 13 version. Despite being the best cellphone in this review, the Motorola Defy (2021) construction is a lot older, way heavier and notably thicker than the Motorola Edge 40 Neo.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo has a lot better display than Motorola Defy (2021), and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo also has a better pixels amount per inch in the screen and a much better resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The Motorola Defy (2021) has a much powerful CPU than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, although it has a lower amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo takes a bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Defy (2021), because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for low-light captures, it also counts with a larger back camera sensor providing a better image quality, a much better 3840x2160 video resolution and a back camera with more MP.
Motorola Defy (2021) features a greater storage to install games and applications than Motorola Edge 40 Neo, because although it has just 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 512 GB. Motorola Edge 40 Neo and Motorola Defy (2021) count with really similar batteries duration.
