Moto G84 has an overall score of 80.9, which is a little bit better than the Motorola Defy (2021)'s 77.2 score. The Moto G84 is a newer phone, and it's also noticeably lighter and extremely thinner than Motorola Defy (2021). Both of these devices include Android OS, but the Moto G84 has the newer 13 version while Motorola Defy (2021) has Android 11 version, so it provides the user a lot of extra features and a performance increase.
Motorola Moto G84 features an incredibly better display than Motorola Defy (2021), and although they both have a display with the same size, the Motorola Moto G84 also has more pixels per screen inch and a lot better resolution of 1080 x 2400px. The Motorola Moto G84 counts with a bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Defy (2021), because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Motorola Defy (2021) has a really superior hardware performance than Moto G84, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Motorola Moto G84 has a bit better camera than Motorola Defy (2021), because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, and they both have the same (Full HD) video quality and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate, the Motorola Moto G84 also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a camera in the back with more mega-pixels.
Motorola Moto G84 features a battery lifetime that's just as good as the battery duration in Motorola Defy (2021).
