The Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 is just a bit better than Motorola Droid 4, getting a general score of 67.9 against 62. Both devices in this comparison review include Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 has 4.4.2 version while Motorola Droid 4 has Android 4.1.2, counting with a couple nice extra features. Even though the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 is somewhat heavier than the Motorola Droid 4, it's much thinner and newer.

Galaxy Mega 6.3 has a much better battery performance than Motorola Droid 4, because it has a 79% larger battery capacity.
Even being the best phone of the ones we are comparing here, the Galaxy Mega 6.3 is also a bit cheaper.
