The Galaxy S III Cricket has a score of 71.5, which is a bit better than Motorola DROID MAXX 2's 68.2 global score. Galaxy S III Cricket's body is noticeably lighter and much thinner than the Motorola DROID MAXX 2. Motorola DROID MAXX 2 has a bit more powerful CPU than Galaxy S III Cricket, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have the same RAM amount, the Motorola DROID MAXX 2 also counts with a higher number of cores (and also faster).

The Galaxy S III Cricket has a slightly better display than Motorola DROID MAXX 2, although it has a little bit smaller display, a just a bit worse amount of pixels per display inch and a much lower 1280 x 720 pixels resolution. Galaxy S III Cricket has a quite bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola DROID MAXX 2, because although it has a SD memory slot that allows up to 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage capacity.
