LG Tribute Monarch has a general score of 68.6, which is slightly better than the Motorola DROID MAXX's 68.3 general score. The LG Tribute Monarch construction is newer and lighter, but just a little thicker than the Motorola DROID MAXX. Both phones in this review use Android OS (operating system), but the LG Tribute Monarch has the previous 10 version while Motorola DROID MAXX has Android 4.4.4 version.
The LG Tribute Monarch counts with just a bit better performance than Motorola DROID MAXX, and although they both have a 2 GB RAM, the LG Tribute Monarch also has a greater number of faster cores. Motorola DROID MAXX has just a bit better display than LG Tribute Monarch, although it has a bit less pixels per inch of screen, a quite smaller display and a bit worse 1280 x 720px resolution.
The LG Tribute Monarch and Motorola DROID MAXX have similar memory capacity to store more games and applications, they have the same 32 GB internal memory. LG Tribute Monarch captures a bit better photographs and videos than Motorola DROID MAXX, because although it has worse video frame rates, and they both have the same video resolution, the LG Tribute Monarch also counts with a way more megapixels back-facing camera and a way bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos and video.
The Motorola DROID MAXX counts with better battery lifetime than LG Tribute Monarch, because it has a 3500mAh battery size.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones in this comparison, the LG Tribute Monarch is also cheap compared to the Motorola DROID MAXX, making buying this phone a simple decision.
