Xperia XA Ultra has an overall score of 71, which is slightly better than Motorola DROID RAZR HD's 64.6 overall score. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but Xperia XA Ultra has a newer 7.0 Nougat version while Motorola DROID RAZR HD has Android 4.4.2, providing a lot of extra features. Xperia XA Ultra's design has the same thickness than the Motorola DROID RAZR HD, but it's a lot heavier.

The Sony Xperia XA Ultra has a little faster CPU than Motorola DROID RAZR HD, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM memory and more CPU cores.
