Motorola One Hyper has a CPU that's very similar to the processing unit in Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and although the Motorola One Hyper has a larger amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.

The Motorola DROID Turbo 2 counts with a bit sharper display than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px and a better display density. Motorola One Hyper counts with slightly more storage capacity for apps and games than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because although it has an external memory slot that allows 1000 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB more internal memory.

Motorola One Hyper has a little better battery lifetime than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3760mAh. The Motorola One Hyper counts with a better camera than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Motorola One Hyper also has a back facing camera with a lot higher 64 mega-pixels resolution and a bigger camera aperture for better captures and videos in poorly lited environments.

Although Motorola One Hyper is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola DROID Turbo 2. If you want to save some money, you can get Motorola DROID Turbo 2, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
