Comparison review

Galaxy Note8 is better than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, getting an 83 score against 75.4. The Galaxy Note8 design is newer and just a little thinner than Motorola DROID Turbo 2's, but it's also somewhat heavier. Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit better performance than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note8 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.

The Galaxy Note8 and Motorola DROID Turbo 2 count with incredibly similar displays, because although the Galaxy Note8 has a just a little less pixels per screen inch, it also counts with a slightly higher 1440 x 2960 pixels resolution and a larger screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note8's camera is very similar to the camera in Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because although the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has a worse (4K) video definition and a camera with lot less mega-pixels, it also counts with a larger camera aperture for better images and video in poorly lited situations.

Motorola DROID Turbo 2 counts with a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Galaxy Note8, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage capacity, the Motorola DROID Turbo 2 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola DROID Turbo 2 features a bit longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 14% bigger battery size.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Motorola DROID Turbo 2. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Note8, but if you don't you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, giving up some features and specifications.
