Comparison review

Xperia 1 is slightly better than the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, having an 82.6 score against 75.4. The Xperia 1 design is noticeably newer and thinner than Motorola DROID Turbo 2's, but it is also just a bit heavier. Sony Xperia 1 counts with a little more vivid display than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because it has a larger screen, a better 1644 x 3840 resolution and a just a bit more pixels per inch of display.

The Xperia 1 counts with a bit better CPU than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Motorola DROID Turbo 2 has a bit more storage for applications and games than Sony Xperia 1, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.

The Motorola DROID Turbo 2 features a bit longer battery lifetime than Xperia 1, because it has a 13% more battery size. Sony Xperia 1 counts with a camera that is very similar to Motorola DROID Turbo 2's camera, because although the Sony Xperia 1 has a lower (4K) video resolution and a camera in the back with way less megapixels resolution, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in poorly lited situations.

Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola DROID Turbo 2. So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Xperia 1, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, letting go a couple specifications.
