The Galaxy S5 has a global score of 77.7, which is slightly better than Motorola DROID Turbo's 76.4 general score. The Galaxy S5 design is somewhat lighter and much thinner than Motorola DROID Turbo, although both of them were released with only a couple months difference. These devices use Android OS, but Galaxy S5 has 4.4.2 version and Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version.

The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a little faster CPU than Galaxy S5, and although they both have a Quad-Core processor and a 500 megahertz graphics processing unit, the Motorola DROID Turbo also has 1 GB more RAM memory. Motorola DROID Turbo counts with a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy S5, and although they both have a screen of the same size, the Motorola DROID Turbo also has a greater pixel density and a quite better resolution of 2560 x 1440.
