Motorola Edge 20 Lite has an overall score of 87.1, which is better than the OPPO Find X3 Neo's 76 overall score. Even being the best in this review, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite construction is a little heavier and a little thicker than the OPPO Find X3 Neo. These phones include the same Android 11 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding that.
The OPPO Find X3 Neo has a little faster CPU than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also has a higher amount of RAM. The OPPO Find X3 Neo counts with a more vivid screen than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 1080 x 2400px, the OPPO Find X3 Neo also counts with a bit higher pixels density.
Motorola Edge 20 Lite counts with a little bit better memory for applications and games than OPPO Find X3 Neo, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite shoots much better photographs and videos than OPPO Find X3 Neo, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not nice for taking images and/or video in low-light environments, and they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite also counts with better 120 frames per second video frame rates and a way better resolution back facing camera.
The Motorola Edge 20 Lite has just a little bit longer battery performance than OPPO Find X3 Neo, because it has an 11% larger battery capacity.
