The Motorola Edge 20 Pro is a little bit better than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, with a 92.8 score against 90.9. Both phones in this review include Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 20 Pro has a newer 12 version and Huawei Mate 40 Pro has Android 10, offering some additional features. Motorola Edge 20 Pro's body is newer, somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter than Huawei Mate 40 Pro.
The Motorola Edge 20 Pro counts with just a little better performance than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Motorola Edge 20 Pro also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The Huawei Mate 40 Pro counts with a slightly better looking screen than Motorola Edge 20 Pro, because it has a bit larger screen, a higher resolution of 1334 x 2772 and a quite greater screen pixel density.
The Motorola Edge 20 Pro captures just a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 40 Pro, and although they both have a F1.9 aperture, the Motorola Edge 20 Pro also has a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution and a camera with lot more mega-pixels. Huawei Mate 40 Pro features as much memory for games and applications as Motorola Edge 20 Pro, both of them have equal internal memory capacity.
