These phones have Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 20 Pro has older 12 version while Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design has Android 9.0 Pie version. Motorola Edge 20 Pro's construction is way newer and a little bit thinner than Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design's, but it is just a little heavier.
