Both devices in this review have Android OS, but Motorola Edge 20 Pro has newer 12 version while Galaxy S4 has Android 4.4 version, providing you some additional features and increased performance.
The Motorola Edge 20 Pro has a superior processing unit than Galaxy S4, because although it has doesn't have an additional GPU, it also counts with a larger number of cores (and they are faster) and a larger amount of RAM. The Galaxy S4 counts with a more vivid display than Motorola Edge 20 Pro, because although it has a quite lower 1920 x 1080px resolution and a way smaller display, it also counts with a little higher display pixels density.
Motorola Edge 20 Pro captures much better photos and videos than Galaxy S4, because it has a bigger diafragm aperture for better images and video in poorly lited environments, a camera in the back with lot more mega-pixels and a lot higher 7680x4320 video quality. Motorola Edge 20 Pro counts with a very superior memory to install games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory.
Motorola Edge 20 Pro has a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S4, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 2600mAh.
