The Motorola Edge 20 is better than the Huawei nova 3, having a general score of 86.1 against 76.3. These devices have Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 20 has the previous 11 version and Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo version. The Motorola Edge 20 is a notably newer phone, and it is also just a bit lighter and just a little thinner than the Huawei nova 3.
