Comparison review
The Motorola Edge 20 is a bit better than LG G7 ThinQ, getting an 86.1 score against 81. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 20 has the older 11 version while LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. The Motorola Edge 20 is a newer and just a bit thinner device than the LG G7 ThinQ, although it is just a little bit heavier.
The LG G7 ThinQ has a better screen than Motorola Edge 20, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixels density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels.
