Comparison review
The Motorola Edge 20 has a general score of 86.1, which is just a bit better than the LG G8 ThinQ's 84.3 general score. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Motorola Edge 20 has the older 11 version and LG G8 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. Motorola Edge 20 is a notably newer cellphone, and it's also thinner and just a bit lighter than the LG G8 ThinQ.
LG G8 ThinQ has a bit better processing unit than Motorola Edge 20, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. The LG G8 ThinQ has a much better looking display than Motorola Edge 20, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixels count in each inch in the display and a higher 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution.
The Motorola Edge 20 takes much clearer pictures and videos than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates and a lot tinier aperture which is not so good for capturing images or video in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Motorola Edge 20 also counts with a lot higher 108 mega-pixels resolution back camera.
LG G8 ThinQ counts with a way bigger memory capacity for games and applications than Motorola Edge 20, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity, the LG G8 ThinQ also has a SD memory card expansion slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Edge 20 has a bit better battery life than LG G8 ThinQ, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 3500mAh.
