Motorola Edge 20 is a little bit better than LG G8X ThinQ, getting an 86.1 score against 82.7. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but Motorola Edge 20 has newer 11 version and LG G8X ThinQ has Android 10, providing the user a lot of extra features and some performance improvements. The Motorola Edge 20 body is newer, lighter and thinner than LG G8X ThinQ.
The LG G8X ThinQ has just a bit better looking display than Motorola Edge 20, because although it has a little smaller display and a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2340, it also counts with a just a little higher pixel amount per display inch. LG G8X ThinQ has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Edge 20, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory, the LG G8X ThinQ also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 1,95 TB.
LG G8X ThinQ has a little faster CPU than Motorola Edge 20, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Motorola Edge 20 and LG G8X ThinQ count with similar battery durations. The Motorola Edge 20 shoots much better pictures and videos than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for capturing images or video in low-light situations and lower video frame rate, and they both have the same (4K) video definition, the Motorola Edge 20 also counts with a back camera with way more megapixels.
