Comparison review
The Galaxy A71 is slightly better than Motorola Edge 20, having a global score of 87.5 against 86.1. These phones come with the same Android 11 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding that. Although it's the best device in this review, we must note that it is also an older, just a little bit thicker and just a little bit heavier device.
Motorola Edge 20 has a little faster processor than Galaxy A71, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Motorola Edge 20 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Motorola Edge 20 features a slightly better looking screen than Galaxy A71. Both of them have a display with the same size, an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400px and the same pixel density.
Samsung Galaxy A71 has a slightly better camera than Motorola Edge 20, because although it has a back facing camera with lot less megapixels resolution and a lower (4K) video quality, it also counts with a larger aperture to capture better captures and videos in low light situations. The Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with a way bigger memory capacity for applications and games than Motorola Edge 20, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A71 also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB.
Galaxy A71 has a bit better battery lifetime than Motorola Edge 20, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
