The Galaxy A42 is a bit better than Motorola Edge (2021), having a general score of 87 against 84.6. Both phones we are comparing here use the same Android 11 operating system. Despite of the fact that Galaxy A42 is older than Motorola Edge (2021), it's body is a little bit thinner and a bit lighter.
The Motorola Edge (2021) has a sharper screen than Galaxy A42, because it has a quite bigger screen, a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2460 and a better display pixel density.
