Comparison review
The Galaxy A51 has an overall score of 85.5, which is a little bit better than Motorola Edge (2021)'s overall score of 84.6. The Galaxy A51 design is somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the Motorola Edge (2021), even though it was released about a year before. These devices use the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect.
Motorola Edge (2021) features a bit faster CPU than Galaxy A51, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Motorola Edge (2021) also has 2 GB more RAM memory. Motorola Edge (2021) and Galaxy A51 have incredibly similar displays, because although the Galaxy A51 has a little smaller screen and a little lower 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a bit higher number of pixels in each display inch.
The Motorola Edge (2021) captures just a bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A51, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge (2021) also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better images and video in low light environments and a back camera with a lot higher 108 mega-pixels resolution.
Samsung Galaxy A51 has a very superior storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Edge (2021), and although they both have the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy A51 also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Motorola Edge (2021) features improved battery life than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity against 4000mAh.
