Comparison review
Huawei P40 Pro is slightly better than Motorola Edge (2022), having a global score of 88.2 against 84.7. Although it's the best phone in this comparison review, the Huawei P40 Pro is a much older, just a little bit thicker and somewhat heavier phone than the Motorola Edge (2022). Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but Huawei P40 Pro has the previous 10 version and Motorola Edge (2022) has Android 12.
Huawei P40 Pro has a bit better display than Motorola Edge (2022), and although they both have a same size display, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a just a bit greater quantity of pixels in each screen inch and a slightly better 1200 x 2640 pixels resolution. Huawei P40 Pro and Motorola Edge (2022) feature very similar memory for applications and games, they have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage.
The Huawei P40 Pro features just a bit better processing power than Motorola Edge (2022), and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei P40 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM. Huawei P40 Pro shoots a little bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Edge (2022), although it has a smaller camera aperture which is worse for taking images and videos in low-light environments, they both have the same resolution back camera, the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 video definition.
Motorola Edge (2022) counts with greater battery duration than Huawei P40 Pro, because it has a 19 percent larger battery size.
