Comparison review
Motorola Edge (2022) has an overall score of 84.7, which is a little bit better than LG G8X ThinQ's global score of 82.7. The Motorola Edge (2022) is a much newer cellphone, and it's also lighter and a little thinner than LG G8X ThinQ. These devices use Android OS, but Motorola Edge (2022) has newer 12 version and LG G8X ThinQ has Android 10 version, providing you a couple additional features.
LG G8X ThinQ features a bit faster CPU than Motorola Edge (2022). Both have 8 cpu cores and a 6 GB RAM. LG G8X ThinQ features a bit sharper display than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has a little smaller screen and a little bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
The LG G8X ThinQ has a much better storage capacity to install applications and games than Motorola Edge (2022), and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG G8X ThinQ also has a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Motorola Edge (2022) features a better camera than LG G8X ThinQ, and although they both have the same video definition, a same size aperture and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has a back facing camera with a much higher 50 mega-pixels resolution.
The Motorola Edge (2022) has greater battery performance than LG G8X ThinQ, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity.
Although Motorola Edge (2022) is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G8X ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG G8X ThinQ. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Motorola Edge (2022), otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G8X ThinQ, resigning some features and specs.
