Comparison review
Motorola Edge (2022) is a little bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ, having an 84.7 score against 81.2. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Motorola Edge (2022) has a more recent 12 version while LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10, so it counts with lots of additional features and a performance increase. The Motorola Edge (2022) is a noticeably newer cellphone than the LG V40 ThinQ, although it's just a bit thicker and a little bit heavier.
LG V40 ThinQ has a bit more powerful processing unit than Motorola Edge (2022). Both of them have the same number of cores and a 6 GB RAM memory. The LG V40 ThinQ features just a bit better looking screen than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels and a better pixels density.
Motorola Edge (2022) shoots much better videos and photos than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for low-light captures, and they both have the same 60 frames per second video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Motorola Edge (2022) also counts with a lot more megapixels back-facing camera.
The LG V40 ThinQ counts with a much better storage capacity to store more apps and games than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Motorola Edge (2022) has a much longer battery lifetime than LG V40 ThinQ, because it has a 52% larger battery capacity.
Although Motorola Edge (2022) is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V40 ThinQ. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Motorola Edge (2022), otherwise you can save some money and get the LG V40 ThinQ, giving up some features and specifications.
