Comparison review
The Galaxy S20 has a global score of 94.8, which is better than Motorola Edge (2022)'s 84.7 score. Even though Galaxy S20 is a lot older than the Motorola Edge (2022), it's construction is a little lighter and a little bit thinner. Both phones in this comparison work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S20 has a newer 13 version while Motorola Edge (2022) has Android 12.
Galaxy S20 features a bit sharper display than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 3200px and a higher amount of pixels per display inch. The Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a little bit better processing power than Motorola Edge (2022), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a greater amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S20 features a way bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola Edge (2022), and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has a SD card slot that supports a maximum of 1000 GB.
Motorola Edge (2022) takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Galaxy S20, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a F1.8 aperture, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has a camera with a much higher 50 mega-pixels resolution and faster 60 fps video frame rates. Motorola Edge (2022) features greater battery lifetime than Galaxy S20, because it has a 25% greater battery capacity.
Although Galaxy S20 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola Edge (2022), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Edge (2022). So if you want that extra features, you can buy Galaxy S20, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the Motorola Edge (2022), letting go a couple features and specs.
