Comparison review
Motorola Edge (2022) has an overall score of 84.7, which is a bit better than Xperia XZ2 Premium's 82.2 score. The Motorola Edge (2022) body is a lot newer, noticeably lighter and much thinner than the Xperia XZ2 Premium. Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a much sharper screen than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a way better quantity of pixels per inch in the display and a lot better 2160 x 3840 pixels resolution.
Sony Xperia XZ2 Premium features a little better hardware performance than Motorola Edge (2022). Both have a 6 GB RAM memory and a Octa-Core processor. The Motorola Edge (2022) shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xperia XZ2 Premium, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and a same size camera aperture, the Motorola Edge (2022) also has a back camera with lot more megapixels and higher 60 fps video frame rate.
Xperia XZ2 Premium counts with a bigger storage for apps and games than Motorola Edge (2022), because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD memory card expansion slot that holds a maximum of 400 GB. Motorola Edge (2022) features a very superior battery performance than Xperia XZ2 Premium, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3540mAh.
Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, Motorola Edge (2022) is also a bargain compared to others.
