Comparison review
Huawei Nova 9 has a score of 81, which is slightly better than Motorola Edge (2024)'s 78.5 global score. Both of these devices have Android OS, but Huawei Nova 9 has the older 11 version and Motorola Edge (2024) has Android 14. Huawei Nova 9 is a incredibly older and a little heavier phone than the Motorola Edge (2024), but Huawei was able to build it a little bit thinner anyway.
The Motorola Edge (2024) has a sharper display than Huawei Nova 9, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Motorola Edge (2024) also has a little higher 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit greater pixels count in each display inch. Motorola Edge (2024) has a way bigger memory to install games and applications than Huawei Nova 9, because it has more internal storage.
Huawei Nova 9 counts with a much greater processing power than Motorola Edge (2024). Both have 8 CPU cores and 8 GB of RAM memory. Huawei Nova 9 has a bit better camera than Motorola Edge (2024), although it has a smaller aperture which is not recommended for shooting photographs and/or video in poorly lited environments, they both have the same video frame rates, the same resolution camera and the same (4K) video quality.
The Motorola Edge (2024) has improved battery lifetime than Huawei Nova 9, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 4300mAh.
