Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a global score of 87.1, which is just a bit better than Motorola Edge 30 Neo's 83.1 score. Although it's the best device in this review, Motorola Edge 20 Lite is an older, a bit thicker and somewhat heavier device than Motorola Edge 30 Neo. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Motorola Edge 20 Lite has 11 version and Motorola Edge 30 Neo has Android 12.
The Motorola Edge 30 Neo has a little more vivid screen than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same exact 1080 x 2400 resolution, the Motorola Edge 30 Neo also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch in the display. The Motorola Edge 30 Neo features a bit more powerful CPU than Motorola Edge 20 Lite, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Motorola Edge 20 Lite features a superior camera than Motorola Edge 30 Neo, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not good for capturing photos and video in poorly lited situations, it also counts with a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a way higher resolution back facing camera.
The Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a lot bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Motorola Edge 30 Neo, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage, the Motorola Edge 20 Lite also has an external memory card slot that admits up to 512 GB. The Motorola Edge 20 Lite features greater battery duration than Motorola Edge 30 Neo, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity.
