The Asus ZenFone 8 is better than the Motorola Edge 30, having an 83 score against 72.6. Despite being the best cellphone in this comparison review, we must note that it is also older, a little bit heavier and much thicker. These phones work with Android OS (operating system), but Asus ZenFone 8 has the older 11 version while Motorola Edge 30 has Android 12.
The Asus ZenFone 8 features a lot better display than Motorola Edge 30, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have the same 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, the Asus ZenFone 8 also counts with a just a little better screen density. Motorola Edge 30 and Asus ZenFone 8 have extremely similar memory capacity to store more apps and games, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Asus ZenFone 8 has a much better performing CPU than Motorola Edge 30, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The Asus ZenFone 8 and Motorola Edge 30 count with similar batteries performance, although the Asus ZenFone 8 has a 0% lower battery capacity. Asus ZenFone 8 has a way better camera than Motorola Edge 30, and although they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the Asus ZenFone 8 also has a much higher resolution back facing camera.
